Not happy with your purchase?
For New Zealand customers, we have 5* DAY simple and easy Returns Policy.
Note: * For International customer, it's a 15 DAY return poilcy.
Of course, sometimes a piece you ordered doesn’t quite work out the way you imagined. If you don’t like how it’s fitting or feeling on you, you have five days from the date you received your order to initiate a return shipment.
This is the important bit. If five* days have passed since your order was delivered to you and you haven’t followed the steps below, sadly you no longer qualify for a credit, refund or exchange.
And this simple easy return policy cannot be abused.
Returns are expensive for a start-up business like ours. Please respect Sukaah and what we are trying to achieve to bring you great fashion, so PLEASE be fair and use your discretion when it comes to returning items. We reserve the right to decline future orders from you if your history of returns becomes excessive.
Here is how it works
1) Please fold the item(s) neatly and place them back into their original packaging (with barcode label attached).
We ONLY accept unworn, unwashed items in the exact same condition as they were delivered to you, ideally with original packaging.
2) You’re responsible for paying the return postage costs and your despatch has to be within the five days* of you receiving the goods. Of course, we have the date it was received as all deliveries are tracked.

On returning your item(s) back to us, the return is your responsibility until it is received by Sukaah.
Your parcel must be able to be tracked in transit. You’re welcome to use an inexpensive and slow postage service as long as it's trackable and your return is posted within 5* days of your order being delivered to you.
Make sure you include the original invoice you received with the goods with the returned goods.
3) Email Sukaah, at sukaah.info@gmail.com with the following information
- the Postage/Courier tracking number of the returned goods, date of despatch
- The invoice number of your original transaction, along with your name and telephone details in case we need to contact you.
- We would appreciate a quick description of why you are returning the item(s). It is simply to help us improve our offering in the future.
- Importantly, please state what you would like – A refund or credit or an exchange.
4) On receipt of the goods, if all the above conditions are satisfied, we will issue a refund, exchange or credit, and will notify you when it has been accepted and processed. This can take up to 21 working days from receipt of returned goods.
* 5 day is for NZ customer returns. It is a 15 day return policy for all international customers due to longer delivery times.
