What are the delivery options?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Prices for Shipping are here.
For NZ delivery: We offer one standard tracked delivery option. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery from the time of order. Note that additional time over and above standard delivery times for rural delivery is generally up to 10 days.
For Australia: We use DHL for all our international orders, and delivery usually takes between 5 and 10 days (however, there may be some delays).
For all other International deliveries:
We use DHL for all our international orders, and delivery usually takes 5 to 15 days (although there may be some delays). We will provide a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Do you ship internationally outside NZ ?
Yes, we do. For Australia, we use DHL for all our international orders, and delivery usually takes between 5 and 10 days (however, there may be some delays).
For all other International deliveries we use DHL for all our international orders, and delivery usually takes between 5 and 15 days (although there may be some delays).
International orders received on www.sukaah.co.nz are charged in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
The exchange rate is determined by international credit card providers or banks, who may add processing or administration charges. You, as the international credit card holder, are liable for this.
What international taxes, duties, etc., do I have to pay?This may vary from country to country. The destination country may have restrictions and charge customs fees and taxes on orders. The person receiving the parcel must pay these charges. If delivery is refused, the customer will be charged all costs incurred for returning goods.
Sukaah has no control over customs policies and charges, which can vary from country to country. For further information, please get in touch with our international freight provider, DHL.
When will I receive my order?Please allow 3 days for order processing as we prepare everyone’s parcels for delivery. Once your order is processed, we will send you confirmation your order is on its way, along with a tracking link.
Once you’ve received your order confirmation email, please allow:
If you live in NZ
- Urban delivery within 5-7 days
- Rural and Outer Island delivery within 7-10 days
If you live in Australia, delivery can be up to 10 days from order processing. When we despatch the order, we inform you and include the tracking link.
For all other parts of the world, delivery can be up to 15 days from despatch. Again, when we despatch the order, we will inform you and include the tracking link
What do I do if I never receive my order?We will send you a tracking on the despatch of your order, and you can track its progress. If you don’t receive the goods as tracked, you can contact the courier and contact us to check from our end.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you change your mind within two days of sending us your order, we will endeavour to change it; otherwise, if the order has been despatched, you must follow the returns policy. This may include making changes to a confirmed order, including adding/removing items, exchanging for another item, changing your delivery address, providing delivery instructions, etc. Please get in touch once you’ve placed an order as soon as possible.
Again, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee this will always be possible. Once your order has been fully processed and packed or when an order has been handed over to the courier, we cannot make any changes.

We have a retail presence at Shine Studio 230 Main Road, Tairua Waikato, North Island, New Zealand.
How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
Our products are handmade in Indonesia, with materials sourced with Indonesia. We have endeavoured to find sustainably sourced, handmade cloth crafted from ethically obtained, eco-friendly methods, with minimal environmental impact and full respect for workers’ rights.
Each piece is thoughtfully woven or hand-sewn, supporting local communities along the way. This makes every item unique—not flawless, but beautifully crafted with care. It’s sustainably made for the well-being of the people, the community, and the environment we all share.
How do I make sure I order the correct size?
Check your body measurements in the size chart on this website (click here) to find your size. If your measurements fall between two sizes and you want a looser fit, order the larger size. If you want a tighter fit, it is recommended to order a smaller size.
